Terms of service  - 2012 :You, “the User”, / Customer, agree that by signing up to a Free Web Hosting account with JoomJump.com, and by starting a contract between you and Joomjump.com, you agree that you should conduct your website in a legal manner, which means the use of Mass e-mailing, IE, SPAM, is not allowed, or illegal downloads or the hosting of illegal files is not allowed on our network, to include linking to illegal music / Movies / or any content which is not owed by you, or you have not sort the permission of the author to host, or copy there content. 
    
    You also agree, that you will use your account, by means of uploading an index file, and at least logging into your account once every 30 days, you agree and understand, that if your account has had no activity within 30 days, by means of you using the service, your account will be suspended, and a warning issued to you, you then have a period of 7 days to contact us to arrange us to re-connect your service, however, you agree that if this happens a second time, we have the right to delete your account without warning.

    Amended: NO reseller should give away FREE hosting to any client / user, unless you give less than 25 MB per user, this places a lot of load on our server, and we will not accept it.

    You agree that, you the (USER) / Member, Customer, will make sure your details are correct and true at all times, this applies to when you signup, and when your hosting your website with us, this is to include
    
    •Matching your IP address with your billing address 
    •Your Address must be true 
    •Your phone Number must be correct 
    •Your country Must be correct 
    •Your First and last name must be correct
    We have the right to Suspend, refuse, delete or cancel any service, including free or paid services and reseller services and resellers clients, if you the account holder does not keep the account details upto datde.
    
    JoomJump.com uses Max mind fraud protection checks to check if your details for the security of our company and others users.

    We will only respond in English to support or sales enquires, we are a UK based company, and we will close any ticket in which we do not understand, so please make sure you can speak English.
    
    •All new accounts are subject to a fraud prevention check, this is done in real time at the time of the order, your order wont be accepted if... 
    •Your IP address is different from your home address, (We will accept 20 miles in difference) 
    •Your Home address does not match your post code, zip, Street, with your IP address 
    •You use fake addresses, or you do not fill in the signup form correctly. 
    •Your Fraud score is above 6.5 out of ten, this will happen if any of the above is detected, or your from a high risk country 
    •You can not speak English, or can not register in English 
    •PLEASE note, if your account does get through our screening process, and we later find that we have detected fraud, your account will be deleted without notice.
    •All trials are subject to the period of the trial,  if you do not upgrade during the trial our systems will delete your account on the last day of your trial, which means you will lose all data and e-mails.
    •No Reseller or Master Reseller account is permitted to provide FREE account’s to its customers, or call a package FREE, you may provide small trials or full paid services only.
    
    We have the right to update or change these terms for any reason without notice, we are not liable for any loss of data, or damage to your company due to down time, or server damage, and we can at any time delete / suspend or refuse service at any time, you use this service at your own risk
